Alkalinity test on self-compacting concrete containing grounded fluidized bed coal slag

Alkalinity(pH value,the following omitted) of self-compacting concrete containing fluidized bed coal slag was researched by means of ex-situ leaching.The results show that:(1) 14 days ago,alkalinity of self-compacting concrete containing fluidized bed coal slag is highest among the four kinds of self-compacting concrete,and the law that its alkalinity change with age is opposite with the other three kinds of self-compacting concrete.(2) Between 14 days and 90 days,compared with the other three kinds self-compacting concrete,alkalinity of self-compacting concrete containing fluidized bed coal slag is centered,and the law that its alkalinity change with age is agreement with the other three kinds of self-compacting concrete.Alkalinity of self-compacting concrete containing fluidized bed coal slag is not less than 12.24 at 90 days,significantly higher than the damage threshold(11.5)of steel passive film.(3) Influence such as ratio of water to cement material,admixture dosage,amount of cement material on alkalinity of four kinds of self-compacting concrete is largely consistent.
