Research on new consolidation grout materials

YUAN Jinke,CHEN Liyi(Chengdu University of Technology,State Key Laboratory of Geological Hazard Prevention & Geological Environment Protection,Chengdu 610059,China)  
Commonly used grouting material is the silicate materials almostly,but its crystallizing properties has larger gap with the demand of consolidation grouting,cause unadaptable,inefficiency,waste,couldn't meet the requirements of grouting wellly.Study from the demand of grout to material performance,developed a cheap and fine,adjustable performance,strong adaptability of new grout material.Compared with the rigid cement materials,it have high water-cement ratio,and also have high early strength,proper setting time.It is a unique characteristics of new material.
