Artificial earthquake ground motion generation based on ABC algorithm

By using the standard response spectrum specified in the current seismic design for hydraulic structures and the approximate relationship between accleartion response spectra and power spectra,the artifical earthquake ground motion can be generated initially,and ABC algorithm is used to optimize the generated response spectra's approximating the standard accleartion response spectra in each interation,which makes the approximating error more smaller.
