Experimental study on seismic performance of assembly frame column with steel plate hoop-welding bolt reinforcement connection

Seismic performance such as cracking form,hysteresis characteristic,ductility,energy dissipation,bearing capacity and stiffness degradation trend were separately discussed by 4 full size frame column in the condition of different axial compressive under low cyclic loading test.Experiments show that: in the same size and reinforcement case,the bearing capacity of assembling steel plate hoop-welding bolt reinforcement frame column was slightly higher than the whole concrete frame column,but slightly worse in ductility,other seismic performances was quiet.It was proved that the connection mode of steel plate hoop-welding bolt reinforcement was safe and reliable.
