Behavior of stiffened plates in steel bridge protective devices

In this paper,ANSYS /LS-DYNA which is a non-linear dynamics finite element software is applied to simulate the crashworthiness performance of the two stiffened plates,and the crashworthiness performance factors of the two stiffened plates were analyzed and compared to optimize two stiffened plates.Ultimately with two kinds of stiffened plates to replace some components of the traditional box-type protective devices aimed at improving the overall crashworthiness performance of protective devices.
