Dynamic characteristic analysis of tower structure of certain ship-lift with FEM

In order to study dynamic characteristics of the large ship-lift,the finite element model of tower structure of certain large shiplift is established with software ADINA by shell,beam and solid elements.During the process of the simulation,shell-solid transition element is used to solve the different degree between the shell element and the solid element when they are connecting.The results of tower structure of the large ship-lift provide reference for seismic analysis of the large whole ship-lift.
