Study on the experiment of a new compound slag grinding aids

Through modification experimental of glycerol,slag grinding aids was prepared by modified glycerol and sodium dodecyl sulfate.The experiment discovered,when the molar ratio of glycerin and formic acid is 1∶1.4,sulphuric acid is 0.30%,and the reaction temperature is 85℃,reaction time is 2.5 h,grinding effect of the modified glycerol will work well.When the molar ratio of modified glycerol and sodium dodecyl sulfate is 4,the performance of slag grinding aids is the best.When the incorporation of the grinding aid is 0.04%,slag grinding aids experiment found that it has been improved for high content slag strength and grinding performance.And the impact of the cement hydration through XRD and SEM analysis.
