Analysis of seismic resistance of integral structure after adding steel storeys on top of brick-concrete structure

The technique of adding storeys with steel structures is gradually promoted to be a new type of housing renovation. However, the design method is not mature. By using finite elements software ANSYS and in light of the project cases,this paper established the 3-dimensional finite element model of light steel adding storey directly,and gave model,spectrum and time history analysis of seismic resistance of original brick-concrete structure after adding storey are carried out. Through analysis and comparison,it got the variation trend of dynamic behavior and the varied principles of earthquake response of the original frame structure,adding storey structure and integral structure,which provides certain theoretical reference for seismic design of similar adding storeys structures.
