Experimental study on conductive properties of graphite-cement based material

Graphite cement grouting material attractive low price industrial graphite as conductive material with both conductivity characteristics and high mobility characteristics is suitable for lightning protection grounding engineering which calls for a large amount of material. Conductive characters and specimen quality of graphite-cement grouting material are studied through the test. Research showed: Material resistivity decreases with graphite content increase and increase with age. Specimen with large graphite content is easy to crack. Effect of industrial graphite powder on cement based materials resistivity is not obvious. Resistivity varied while graphite content is too high or low and specimen quality is not easy to control.
