Experimental study on the mechanical properties of rubber concrete modified with landification method

When soak rubber particles completely,we use the cement which mixed with 20% of accelerating agent to encased those rubber particles,and ensured rubber particles can be hardening. What is said above is to finish the preprocesssing of rubber particles.After processing,rubber particles has increased density,which is also covered with cement looks like small stones,and there make a sound of gravel when you shake it. We temporary named it as"landification method". The rubber concrete with diffierent rubber volume content have been divided into two groups,the concrete in one group is mixed with common rubber particles,the concrete in another group is mixed with rubber particles which has been processed. Through cube compression test and splitting tensile test,we studied the basic mechanical properties of rubber modified concrete. The experimental results shows that: With different rubber content,using the"landification method"can increase the intensity of concrete in different degrees,not only increased cube crushing strength but also aplitting tensile strength compared with common rubber concrete,the rubber concrete which experiment processing with "landification method"shows uniform particle distribution,and better compactness in the process of bloke making.
