Study on the anti-crack performance of steel fiber ceramic concrete based on shrinkage ring test

In the past,the research on the crack resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete was carried out only from the angle of the steel fiber on the concrete deformation ability and the prevention of microcracks,but the overall evaluation of the crack resistance of the steel fiber reinforced concrete was not enough. This paper through the crack resistance of the baffle part restrained shrinkage ring test of steel fiber concrete,and use the result in the definition of steel ring strain from the expansion into the demarcation point of age shrinkage period for early and late,and to evaluate the age cut-off point for steel fiber ceramsite concrete early and late the anti cracking performance. On the anti cracking performance of concrete and original analysis of concrete cracking method restrained shrinkage ring test based on the basis of the proposed method is suitable for the evaluation of crack resistance of steel fiber concrete,and further analysis of steel fiber concrete and ceramsite early period after cracking. The study found that the crack resistance of early and late steel fiber reinforced ceramsite concrete the increased with the increasing of the fiber content.
