Study on the matching and mechanical properties of regenerated concrete with iron tailings

The abandoned concrete through the jaw crusher for crushing,sieved to get recycled aggregate,all used to replace the natural coarse aggregate,iron tailings instead of part of the natural sand as a fine aggregate,prepared concrete and then slump test and cube compressive strength test. Through the introduction of analysis of variance,the influence of three factors on the compressive strength of recycled concrete with iron-doped tailings was analyzed. The results show that the additional water has the greatest influence on compressive strength. The iron tailings and the water-cement ratio are the second,and the interactions between iron tailings and additional water have a certain degree of influence. The interaction of other factors can be ignored. When the additional water is 30%and the content of iron tailings is 60%,the measured compressive strength of iron tailings recycled concrete can meet the requirements in the specification and meet the actual construction requirements.
