Abnormity Analysis and Processing of Bypass Control System in a Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Unit

A gas-steam generator often appears bypass pressure control quality deterioration during shutdown period.Based on the analysis of pressure anomaly,it' s found that the control mode of adjusting valve switching not in time caused by the loopholes in the logical design.Because the adjusting valve opens slowly,the pressure of bypass system in intermediate pressure cylinder appears high value anomaly.Through to modify the control parameters,the problem has been resolved provisionally.This paper also puts forward the proposals for further optimization.
