Optimization and Energy Saving Analysis of Deaerator Water Level Control in a 1000MW Ultra Supercritical Unit

Currently,thermal power generation is still an important form of generating electricity in China.Deaerator is an important auxiliary equipment of steam turbine in the power plant,and its working condition has a direct effect on the safe and stable running of the generator.In accordance with the advanced idea of deaerator water level control,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of sole control and large energy consumption of current water level control mode and puts forward optimized water level control logic.It shows that optimization can reduce the throttle loss of valve and the frequency conversion power consumption of condensate removal pump,which gives full play to the superiority and energy saving effect of the optimized control mode.
