A High Pressure Reducing Valve Maloperation Cause Analysis and Transformation

Recently,high pressure bypass system of 1000 MW coal-fired unit by high pressure reducing valve always doesn' t work properly,which brings bad influence to the safe operation of the coal-fired power generating units.By means of analyzing high pressure on the bypass system equipment and high pressure reducing valve bypass system control logic carefully,the corresponding reform scheme is put forward according to the actual situation.The main idea is to transform the high pressure bypass system onsite equipment(the first method is to change the high pressure reducing valve bypass system on the hard wiring,the second one is to increase high pressure bypass system pressure switch),and to optimize the bypass system of high pressure by the high pressure reducing valve control logic which improves the reliability of protecting action system.The main purpose of the technical transformation is to eliminate high pressure bypass valve on the hard wiring single-point protection function,prevent high pressure bypass valve misoperation,but not to refuse action.Adopting the above several technological transformations can solve the high pressure bypass valve misoperation fault effectively.
