Comparative Analysis and Enlightenment of Pre-school Education Teacher Training System in the UK and China

ZHANG Li-ping(Institute of Higher Education,Anhui University,Hefei 230039,China)  
By the comparative study of the pre-school education teacher training institutions the qualifications of pre-school education teacher and the education practice in British pre-school education teacher training system, the article obtains four ideasas: improving the education system construction through education legislation;upgrading the operating mechanism to expand the scope of teacher training;building the teacher qualification accreditation system to improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism;connecting theory with practice to implement the kindergarten-based training for teachers.
