Effects of Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 on Soil Microflora in Solar Greenhouse

Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 was applied into soil to termly determine the microorganism quantity in soil samples during the growth of cherry tomato.The results showed that in full fruit period of cherry tomato,the quantity of soil bacterium population in Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 treatment increased by 3.27 times than that at the beginning and by 76% than that in conventional fertilizer treatment;the quantity of soil actinomyces population in Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 treatment increased by 1.32 times than that in conventional fertilizer treatment.The other fungus quantity decreased after Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 applied into soil.Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 could promote the growth of azotobacter.The azotobacter quantity increased by 0.91、4.19、6.98 times at the cherry tomato seedling stage,full-bloom stage,full fruit period than that at the beginning and by 65% at full fruit period than that in conventional fertilizer treatment.Soil ecological ameliorant Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 could make cherry tomato flowering and fruiting periods be ahead,fruit be tidy and uniform,disease-sensitive index decrease by 36.36%,lateral root number increase by 1.44 times,yield obviously increase.
