The main rochs in the Hanchangchong are ultrahigh pressure metamorphic (UHP) rocks, allkali granitic gneiss and monzonitic gneiss The UHP rocks are composed of high pressure gneiss, marhle, eclogite and quratz-jadeitite,in which there is a UHP metamophosed supracrustal rock association composed of biotite plagiochase gnsiss, quartz-jadeitite,marble and bended eclogite The UHP rocks suffered coesite-ecogite facies,quartx-ecloite facies, amphibolite facies and green schist facies metamorphism, and underwent eclogite facies, amphibolite facies and post-amphibolite facies and brittle deformation,in which the amphibolite facies deformation is the main deformation and characterized by A-type folding and extensive mylonization The alkali granitic gneiss and monzomitic gneiss show only amphibolite facies and post-amphibolite facies metamophism and deformation The UHP rocks were intruded by the alkali-ganitic gneiss and possibly overthrust over the monzonitic gneiss along the ductile shear zonergently dipping to SSE
