Causes and solutions to black scrap going-up of micro-motor rotor in high-speed die

Black scrap upgoing is a common phenommenon in the use of high-speed die. The upgoing force comes manly from the absorption between scrap and up-die and the absorption caused by lubricating oil, the air pressure between scraps, and the magnetism from up-die knife-edge and endface, etc. In the meantime, the restraining force comes from the friction between scrap and concavedie wall, the weight of scrap, the upend taper made by fret of concavedie and so on. Only if the force is bigger than the upgoing force, the phenommeaon can be solved well. Solutions to the problem of balck scrap upgoing from die-designing and die-maintaining were provided.
