Analysis of false waster phenomenon in the mechanical machining process

In the machining process,the technological benchmarks ofen deviated from the design benchmarks for the convenience of working and measuring,and produce false waste products.The theory of the technological dimensional chain must be adopted to fixing the processing size,in order to determine the qualified products area、false waster area and waster area,so as not to scrap qualified parts and cause wastage.The paper describes how to correctly identify the false waster area,thereby increasing production rate and reducing the production cost,while the technology benchmark deviated ftom the design benchmark.The paper takes benching the concave convex parts as examples.
