Research on IGBT Reliability and Dead Zone Compensation

Modulating frequency drive and protection of IGBT、buffer circuit and latch-up effect have all been taken into consideration so that the higher reliability of inverter using IGBTs can be obtained. At last, a simple method for dead-zone compesation is introduced to decrease the wave distortion of output valtage of inverter, caused by on-off delay of IGBT.
