Effects of Cu~(2+) on Seed Germination and Some Physiological Indicators of Chenopodium quinoa willd

This article using the light incubator to cultivate and atomic absorption spectrophotometry,different concentrations of copper ion was studied after pollution quinoa seedlings in soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase activity and other physical characteristics. The results show that:dif-ferent concentrations of copper ion of quinoa soluble protein content,malondialdehyde content and relativeelectrical conductivity increased with the increasing of the concentration of cupric ions. Superoxide dismutase and catalase activity also increased with the increasing of concentration of Cu~(2+). So quinoa underthe environment of containing the highest concentration of copper ion can survive,but protection systemin the body of the quinoa by a certain degree is damaged,but in low concentration,the growth of quinoa has a certain role in promoting.
