Investigation on Experimental Teaching Reform of Food Engineering Principle in Application-oriented Undergraduate

The teaching reform is explored on experiment of food engineering principle for application-oriented undergraduate,according to the employment demand and student learning characteristics. This paper explores and practices from optimizing teaching methods,compiling experimental instructions,improving experimental reports and strengthening process assessment,in order to adapt to the new demand of applied talents.
