Van Gogh synthesized Cezanne’s artistic exploration, revised the description of the colors by the impressionists and borrowings from Japan. His coloring concept showed that modern painting seemed to dispel the traditional descriptive images and pay more attention to its expressiveness. He best interpreted the expressionist painting and will still encourage the painting at present.
