From Poets' Emotion to the Sage's Thought

ZHANG Yong(College of Chinese Language and Literature,ANU,Wuhu Anhui 241000,China)
There are three correspondences between Book of Songs and Bamboo—slipped Lao Tzu: the similarity of writing purpose, the abandonment of sage and wisdom, the governance by noninterference. They are different in that Book of Songs describes concrete phenomena while Lao Tzu generalizes abstract philosophy. The correspondences reflect the fusion of Confucianism and Taoism while the difference shows the evolution of academic character from the Western Zhou Dynasty to the Spring and Autumn Period.
