How to live out one's life in retirement is a concern and anxiety for our country, the government, the society and families.Home-based care for the old is a sound solution to relieve emerging immense service for the aged in the future.Due to family's fewer children, lack of nursing resources and speeding aging rapidly,home-based care for the old is confronted with shortage of nursing labor and fund.Monetizing the duty of children to take care of parents can effectively cultivate home resources, lessen vacancy of offspring care and service delivery.According to survey, the public agree to purchasing service by fund, and the supporting desire is difference among people. With age, people support the expense of aged care.Adult children's revenue and education also have an effect on monetizing the duty of children to take care of parents. In the modern society of labor flux,it is essential that our country should stipulate expense of aged-care system and confine offspring responsibility by law, formal practices and Confucius culture.
