Principle of lest Actionin Relativistic Thermodynamics

In this paper, We will extend the principle of lest action in mechanics to relativistic Thermodynamics, and set up a new one different from Einstein's classical theory, and form a complete relativistic thermodynamics theory system including Ott theory.
