Theoretical Calculation of Thermal Pressure for Gold

In this paper,based on the assumption that the first pressure derivative of bulk modulus B′T and Anderson-Grüneisen parameter δT have the same volume dependence,a theoretical formula is proposed to evaluate the thermal pressure of crystal at high temperatures-high pressures.Applying it to gold,as an example,the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data.Thus this model seems to be reasonable and has practical value.
