Application of Several Kinds of Physics Principle in Instruments

This text generally introduces the physical principles and their application field of three kinds of instruments(namely the X-Ray fluorescence spectrum,laser and analyzer of neutron activation).From them we know that the scientific innovation is not only the innovation of theoretical regulation but also the innovation of practice(that is application field).
