Study on Back-Straightened Long Jump Technique Teaching by Using Feedback Information Cards

BAI Ming(The Department of Physical Education,Suzhou University,Suzhou 234000,China)  
Conventional technique teaching method,which is wildly used in track-and-field teaching,has a flaw in lacking using feedback information.The author has made an experimental study on using feedback information cards in back-straightened long jump technique teaching.The result indicates that using feedback information cards has many advantages.It can be beneficial to bring teacher's dominant part and student's principal part into play;It can promote the flow,the exchange and the store of feedback information in teaching process;It can spur student's mastery of sport technique,develop sport ability,stimulate learning interest,and improve teaching effect.
