The Determination of Lead by Matrix Modifier in Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Its Application in Food

In this paper,microwave digestion technology was researched as a pretreatment method and the matrix modifier and the condition of microwave digestion were investigated.Lead was detected in some food such as rice,tea and sauce by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS).Different matrix modifiers were used to eliminate the interference,and the method of determination of lead in food was established.Under the optimum condition,the linear range was from 0.6μg/L to 100μg/L and the linear regression equation is A=0.0462C+0.00582(C: μg/L),with a correlation coefficient R=0.986.The determination limit was calculated,and the result was 0.2μg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD)7%.And the sample recovery was in the range of 98.3%-105.8%.This method could be used in the microanalysis of lead in common food.
