Pipeline Defect Inspection Robot Control System Design on PMAC

WANG Wei;LIN Shun-ying;School of Mechanical Engineering,Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology;  
The pipeline defect detection robot control system uses PC and PMAC motion control card combination control mode. PC controls the PTZ rotation, to achieve image acquisition pipeline defects, PMAC motion control card controls the movement of the robot. Experiments show that the pipeline defect detection system can precisely control robot to accurately detect pipeline defects.
