Employee Turnover Intention and Influential Management Factors in Star Hotel

Based on the survey conducted in 21 star hotels,the paper made an analysis and investigated the employee turnover intention and influencing management factors by using SPSS software and IPA analysis method.The results showed:① the model of management factors that affected employee turnover intention includes eight measurement dimensions and according to the employees' evaluation, the order of management factors in decreasing turn is colleague relationship, work conditions, work itself, organizational support, career management, individual development, promotion system and salary system;② employee turnover intention showed significant differencesin the typesof work,the lower the position was, the higher turnoverintention was and the front-line employees' turnover intention was significantly higher than the second-line employees';③ employee turnover intention was significantly correlated with training management, work itself, promotion system, work conditions,organizational support and salary system, while the relationship between turnover intention and individual development, colleague relationship was not significant; training management, work itself and promotion system were the key factors;④ career management and promotion system were not only the key factors of employees' turnover intention, but also were the factors of employees' low evaluation, which should be strengthened and enhanced.
