A Comparison on Several Stabilizing Agents in Acidic Tin Plating Bath

Usingthe Oxidation methods of the heating constant temperature,Drum gas and H_2O_2 research on that.The effect of stabilizing agents in acidic tin plating bath:FS -1、FP-and Ce ̄(4+) on the stability of sulfuric acid bright tin plating basic bath were test-ed.The resuIts show that:The stabilizing effect of FS-1 is well than that of FP-Cerium ion(Ce ̄(4+))has some stabilizing effect.And also it can improve weldable and oxi-dation resistance、corrosion resistance of tin plating coat.We come to the conclusion that FS-1+Ce ̄(4+) is now the best composite stabilizing agent in sulfuric acid bright tin plating bath.
