Effects of the Cardial Pump Function and the Blood Pressure on Hemorrhagic Shock in Rabbits by Puncturing NeiSuan
This paper studed and analysed the cardial pump function and the blood pressure of 35 rabbits with hemorrhagic shock by Puncturing Neiguan and on point. The results showed; Inrabbits during hemorrhagic shock the blood pressure was raised by needling Neiguan MAP was also raised from 5.41±0.27 to 9.93±0.27 kPa (p0.00l). The cardial functions were reinforced. SV was increased from 0.39±0.12 to 0.64±0.19 ml. SI. CI. CO and WL were improved in certain degree with a differenec significant. There was relatively distinction between the Neiguan group and the nopint group. This reveals that an active effect appears to raise BP and protect the cardial pump function in the duration of anshock by acupuncture.
