A Statistical Analysis of Life Critical Event of College Students in the Recent Ten Years

In order to study life critical event of college students in the recent ten years, we selected 100 cases in the recent ten years and made frequency statistics and chi-square tests by SPSS 16.0. The research shows that: there is no significant gender difference on life critical event; high risk grade of life critical event is junior year and senior year; jump building is the main way of life critical event; teaching building and dormitory is the main place of life critical event; May is the risk time of life critical event;emotional frustration is the chief causes for life critical event. In order to prevent the occurrence of life crisis events of college students, School should do some active life skills trainings pointing at college student, improve the effectiveness of mental health education for college students, strengthen the management of teaching building and student dormitories, make guiding trainings for college students in employment and entrepreneurship.
