The Review of Professional Knowledge of Kindergarten Leaders in China in Rencent 20 Years

The study of the kindergarten leader's professional knowledge is of great significance for promoting the professionalization of kindergarten leader. In recent twenty years,the research on the kindergarten leader's professional knowledge has mainly focused on the principal's professional knowledge structure,development status,influencing factors and ways of development. The future research angle can be changed from "from outside to inside" to "from inside to outside",the content of the research should be more systematic and in-depth,and the research methods shoud be more scientific.
