Objective: To analyze the effect of three ways to prevent re-adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion. Methods: 63 cases of intrauterine adhesious patients who received transcervical resection of adhesion were randomly divided into group A(21 cases), group B(21 cases) and group C(21 cases), group A used intrauterine device, group B used catheter balloon and group C received intrauterine device + catheter balloon + anti-adhesion solution comprehensive prevention, and compared their prevention effect for re-adhesion. Results: The re-adhesion rate, pregnancy rate, menstrual volume and recovery time of endometrium of group C were significantly better than those of group A and B(P0.05), and there was no significant difference between group A and B(P0.05). Conclusion: Intrauterine device + catheter balloon + anti-adhesion solution comprehensive treatment for intrauterine adhesious patients after transcervical resection of adhesion has a significant curative effect on preventing re-adhesion.
