Determination of 2,4-D Butyl Ester in Hulless Barley by GC-MS/MS

The GC-MS/MS analysis method for the residue of 2,4-D butyl eater in hulless barley plant,soil and maize was developed.The 2,4-D butyl eater in highland barley plant were extracted with acetonitrile,while the 2,4-D butyl eater in hulless barley maize and soil were extracted with acetone∶hexane(3∶2),and then cleaned-up by using Florisil SPE.Finnally separated on a DB-5MS column with temperature programming and detected quantitatively in multiplereaction monitoring mode(MRM),external standard method for quantitative.The results showed that the limit of detection and the quantitation limit were estimated to be 0.03 mg/L and 0.10 mg/L respectively under the optimal conditions,the linear ranges were 0.01~0.10 mg/L while the relative coefficient was 0.996.The average recoveries ranged from 92.8% to 109.6% with a RSD between 2.3% to 8.2%.The experimental results was reliable,and the method was simple and feasibility.
