Thoughts of Food Specialty Education with Teaching Promoted by Research

Food specialty is one of the important components of college education. Teaching promoted by research is necessary for improving food specialty education,as it meets the requirements of college positioning,college reform,and education globalization,and also of college education aim of food major.Meanwhile,the idea of teaching promoted by research will provide a positive effect on the core education idea,practice education improving,and food technology professionals training.
