Current Situation and Countermeasures on Lightning Protection in Rural Areas of Pulandian City

This paper analyzed the causes of lightning accidents happened in Pulandian City of Liaoning Province,and pointed out current situation and existing problems of lightning protection work in rural areas,and put forward some effective measures,such as strengthening external protection measures,strengthening the knowledge promotion of rural lightning protection and disaster reduction and increasing funding for lightning protection,to improve the ability of lightning protection in rural areas and ensure the safety of people ′s life and property.
