Effect of Sequence of Refining and Fractionation on Frost Resistance of Low-melting Palm Oil

24 ℃ palm oil can be used to produce different low-melting palm oil.This paper detected the solid fat content and frost resistance of16 ℃ and 18 ℃ palm oil.The results showed that the frost resistance of the product which was refined first and then fractionated was much better than the product which was fractionated first and then refined,also it was much better than the product which was directly fractionated,and the solid fat content(SFC) was lower.
