Effect of Different Storage Time on Recovery Rate of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

In this paper,the common cabbage was used as the sample,and a certain concentration of the pesticide was added.Then the pretreatment method in NY/T 761-2008 standard was used to study the effect of different storage time on the recovery rate of pesticide residues in vegetables under the storage temperature of-18 ℃.The results showed that under these conditions,the recovery rates were all above 80% with the parameters in different storage times,and recovery rate between different storage time was less than 7%.It was concluded that the samples of agricultural products stored for 7 days under the required freezing conditions had no significant effect on the test result.
