Study on Highly Effective Breeding System of Cyclamen persicum Mill in vitro

Using young healthy leaves of Cyclamen persicum Mill as materials,the effects of different varieties and plant hormone combinations and concentration on callus induction were explored.The results showed that the best combination of hormones was 1/2 MS +3.0% sugar +0.8% agar +2,4-D 2 mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L +KT 0.2 mg/L.The plant was shaded for 24-26 hours before cultured in vitro.It could effectively induce callus tissue and shoot through the darkness of low temperature and light heating "two step training".This culture system effectively inhibited explant browning,had high reproduction coefficient,and could preserve the original characters and heterosis of F1 generation.This set of propagation system can provide key technical support for industrialization of Cyclamen persicum Mill plants.
