Research Progress on Immunoassay for Determination of Fluoroquinolones

Fluoroquinolones(FQs)is a kind of synthetic antibacterial drugs with broad-spectrum.At present,it has been widely used in the production of animal husbandry.However,owing to the irrational use of fluoroquinolones for a long time by the farmers,FQs residues in animal tissues become increasingly serious.Therefore,a high sensitivity,low cost and high throughput method for detection of fluoroquinolones was established,which was of great significance for the safety of animal food. A variety of immunoassay methods for the detection of fluoroquinolones were summarized in this paper,including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,colloidal gold immuno-chromatography assay,fluorescence immunoassay,fluorescence polarization immunoassay and time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay,the advantages and disadvantages of various immunoassay methods were compared and analyzed.Simultaneously,the development of fluoroquinolones residue immunoassay was expanded to provide theoretical basis for the determination of fluoroquinolone residues in animal food.
