Advances on Effects of Different Temperatures on Storage Quality of Peaches

Peach fruit harvest is mainly concentrated in the high temperature season in summer,which is easy to decompose and deteriorate after ripening.Temperature is an important factor affecting the fresh-keeping effect of honey peach, but peach fruit is a cold-sensitive fruit.Traditional lowtemperature storage often leads to the cold damage of peach fruit, affecting the commodity value of the fruit.Therefore, it is of great significance to study physiology and temperature regulation measures of peach chilling injury.In this paper, the physiology of chilling damage of peach fruit was introduced,and the effects of different temperature conditions on fruit preservation was studied, so as to provide references for fruit preservation after harvest.
