Microwave-assisted Extraction Process of Chlorogenic Acid in Branches of Lonicerae hypoglauca

In order to make full use of Lonicerae hypoglauca,avoid resource waste and environmental pollution,the effects of microwave pretreatment time,extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction of chlorogenic acid from the branch of Lonicerae hypoglauca were studied by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by UV spectrophotometry:microwave pretreatment time was 60 s,extraction time was 60 min,extraction temperature was 78 ℃,ratio of material to liquid was1 ∶30.The difference of chlorogenic acid content between the branches and flowers of Lonicerae hypoglauca was compared,which indicated that the chlorogenic acid content in the branches was 26.47% of that in the flowers,which laid a technical and theoretical basis for the rational utilization of Lonicerae hypoglauca.
