GENETIC ANALYSIS OF THREE-PAIR-ACTOR TEST-CROSS AND MICROCOMPUTER PROGRAM(BASIC )

Mciosis and test-cross principle denotes that pheoptypes of a test-cross progeny ( Ft ) and the ratio are a direct reflection of gamete kinds and their ratio in the Fl. Genetic relationship between three-pair gens is determined according to theoretic analyses and the result of three-point test-cross, and with the help of x lest. In order to complete genetic analysis of the result rapidly and accurately, we have also worked out a genetic analysis program ( BASIC ) with APPLE II and LASER 310 computers.
