The molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres are prepared by the reverse microemulsion polymerization method, using L-tartaric acid as imprinting molecule,MAA as functional monomer,EGDMA and AIBN as cross-linker and initiator,respectively.Meanwhile,Span80 and SDBS are used as emulsifier.Microspheres have been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to study their morphological properties. The proper adsorption ability of the MIP is studied by an equilibrium-adsorption method, and the concentration of tartaric acid is determined by spectrophotometric method with ferric 5-nit rosalicylate complex.
