Analysis of Volatile Components in Black Tea by Solid Phase Microextraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

The volatile components of black tea were extracted by solid phase microextraction,16 components were identified by GC/MS method.The identified compounds make up 96.41% of the total volatile substances.Of them the main constituents are:Linalool 29.23% and Linalooloxide 15.16%.
